Team Details

Perpetua Mutindi is an urban planner, GIS & RS expert with a Master in Environmental Policy (UoN) – Ongoing, BA (Planning) from UoN. She has navigated both large and small scale residential, commercial, institutional and employment projects. In doing so, she has acquired vast knowledge in sustainable and resilient urban planning as well as planning for environmentally sensitive areas.

All through she has dedicated herself towards achieving livable urban areas while ensuring that their expansion does not have detrimental effects to the surrounding environment. She has strong negotiation skills as well as a team leader who can seamlessly coordinate projects to a successful completion.

Perpetua believes in integrity and quality outputs and can go out of her way to ensure timely, effective and efficient delivery of her work. She’s innovative and will always come up with a creative solutions to difficult situations.
